About Dragonfly

In 1994, Project Dragonfly began as a unique partnership between Miami University and the National Science Teacher’s Association to inspire children’s discoveries. Since then, the project has gained a sterling reputation in education through Dragonfly, an award-winning magazine for young investigators, the Dragonfly Teacher’s Companion, home companion, web pages, and most recently DragonflyTV, a national PBS television series in development at KTCA, of St. Paul, Minneapolis.

In 2000, Project Dragonfly launched the Dragonfly Teacher Workshops Program. These workshops allow teachers to participate in small-group inquiry online, share ideas, develop lesson plans, and interact with other educators nationwide. Be among the first to join these pioneering, interdisciplinary workshops in the earth, life, and physical sciences.
